The Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch distributed Woolen Blankets to IDPs and under privilege families along with District Branches.
The winter season is at its peak. Many IDPs and underprivileged families are looking for warm clothes to overcome the cold winter. During this time, the Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch, along with its different District Branches, distributed Woolen Blankets in various districts of Manipur. The beneficiaries include IDPs and underprivileged families. The distribution mainly aimed at vulnerable communities, especially elderlies, children and pregnant ladies. We have covered 700 families (approx.). The distribution was personally participated in and monitored by the Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer of the State Branch.
